The Wilmington Chapter, NRHS chartered PCC II 2320 for Super Saturday Streetcar Special XXIII on February 6, 2016. We made trips on SEPTA’s Subway Surface lines 11, 13, and 36. PCC work car 2194, the last real PCC Car left in Philadelphia, came out in the afternoon to make two trips to Eastwick Loop from Elmwood Depot with 2320.
