The 2015 ATRRM Spring Conference will be held jointly with the National Railway Historical Society in York, Pennsylvania and hosted by The Maryland & Pennsylvania Railroad Preservation Society.  The conference will be held at the Yorktowne Hotel, a 1920s-era Historic Hotel of America in downtown York.  Join us for an opportunity to enjoy history, tours, seminars and always a chance to visit with and learn from fellow ATRRM & NRHS members. Conference registration includes all conference programs, Thursday night reception and lecture, transportation and tickets for Friday visits (Middletown & Hummelstown Railroad, Harris Tower and the Power Director's Office In Harrisburg, the Agricultural and Industrial Museum in York, and Steam Into History), Friday box lunch, Saturday plenary sessions, Saturday morning coffee break, Saturday buffet luncheon (full hot meal with salad and dessert), and visit to the Maryland & Pennsylvania Railroad Heritage Village. Additional Saturday luncheon tickets are available for spouses and companions not attending the conference.

Early conference registration on or before March 15, 2015 is $85.00.  Conference rates increase to $135.00 after March 15, 2015.  Click on the link at the bottom of this page to register online, or download and return a hard copy of the registration form:  2015 Spring Conference Registration Form (hard copy).

York is 50 miles from Baltimore and 25 miles from Harrisburg.  Overnight accommodations are available at the  at a daily conference rate of $121 plus tax for one guest or $130 plus tax for two guests.  Price includes a full hot breakfast for each overnight guest and parking for one vehicle.  Parking for a second vehicle is $8.  To make your reservations, call the Yorktowne at and mention you are with ATRRM.  Reservations at the conference rate must be guaranteed with a major credit card and made prior to March 15, 2015. Cancellation deadline is 4 P.M. the day prior to scheduled arrival.
